My
dinner was no exception. Of course, I tried the combination platter (so I
could sample all of the aforementioned items).
The large array of items on the salad bar are cut fresh or prepared
that day, and yes, in case you’re wondering, you can just order the salad
bar, and there is plenty to make a meal.
The
skewered shrimp are lightly seasoned and perfectly grilled; the chicken breast
is tender and juicy. The ribeye steak is wonderfully, mouth watering, ‘cut
like a warm knife through butter’ good.
With
the first bite, I immediately stated “Oh my stars, this is sooo good!”
Chip
Bass had definitely earned his Grill Master stripes in my book.
As I looked across the dining room, I couldn’t help but notice all
the happy faces of the other guests dining at Ribeyes.
I’d be willing to bet Chip Bass and Ribeyes Steakhouse has earned
stripes (and stars) in their books, too.
I am
certain any steak lover will be happy with their dining experience at Ribeyes,
especially considering you can choose the size of your steak, 4 ounces to 20
ounces. For those of us who
can’t decide, or gotta have it all, the combination platter is definitely
the entrée to order.
The
smaller portions of all the items on the menu keep your taste buds and waste
line happy. Dessert at Ribeyes is
cheesecake with chocolate topping and the full service bar will ensure you
have the perfect accompaniment to your perfect meal.
